Received Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University - 1980.

Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, New York and Kentucky.

Previously employed as a Design Engineer and Project Manager with Kroeschell Engineering from 1980 to June, 1984, he gained great practical field experiences. In July 1984, he became Vice President and Project Engineer for R. L. Millies & Associates, Inc.

As such, he is responsible for client contact, coordination with Architect and other disciplines and project management. He oversees all aspects of the mechanical system design and has expertise in facility management systems, all types of air distribution systems, heating and cooling plant design, energy analyses, plumbing and fire protection systems.
