R. L. Millies & Associates, Inc. was established April 1, 1975 by Ronald L. Millies.

Since then, the firm has provided "MEP" mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for over 2,800 projects.

The firm has grown to a present staff of twenty-two (22) full time people. This staff consists of:
