Our
engineering emphasis is to analyze, recommend and design systems
which conserve and efficiently use energy in each building project
to meet the desired functional needs of the Owner.
-
Our
design process is methodical and stresses communication between
all members of the design team and the end user.
-
Each
project is reviewed and recommendations made to the respective
design team, as to possible design changes or modifications
which would improve the passive energy conservation approach.
|
-
Each
proposed building is also analyzed as to the most effective
mechanical and electrical system and equipment to be used, for
an efficient active energy conservation approach
-
Great
attention is given to coordination of the lighting, electrical,
HVAC, and plumbing systems with the function, use, and aesthetic
values of each building project.
-
Some
of the systems which have been designed and/or recommended by
this firm include heat reclaim systems, thermal storage systems,
gas-fired cooling equipment, air to air heat recovery system,
computerized building automation systems, electric power generation
systems and various energy savings lighting control systems.
